Returns & Exchanges

It is L'Occitane's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days. After 30 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 60 days after purchase. The articles must be accompanied by the original receipt and returned unopened in resalable condition. No exchange or refund on sale items. Exchanges are not eligible for promotions. Items purchased with cash in-stores may only be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. There are no cash refunds. 

***Please note, due to various logistical reasons, we cannot accept web order returns at any of our boutiques. We apologize for the inconvenience, though if you would like to return a web purchase over $40, we can schedule a pick-up of your order free of charge.***
