Ingredients (for approximately 6 servings):
- 70ml Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp. castor sugar
- 250ml orange juice
- 1 bottle champagne, chilled
- Begin by garnishing the glass. Pour a little Grand Marnier in a shallow dish and the sugar in another. Dip the edges of the champagne flutes in the liqueur, then in the sugar. Result: the flutes are now dressed to party!
- Next, prepare the Mimosa cocktail itself by pouring the rest of the Grand Marnier and the orange juice into a cocktail shaker, stir then pour into the 6 flutes. Lastly, top with the chilled champagne.
