After helping to revitalize the Tohoku region thanks to the 2 million Euros collected from many of its employees and shareholders, a sum which permitted the reconstruction of the Kamaishi community center in 2012 and the Kesennuma market in 2013, L’OCCITANE continues its engagement for Japan!
To help build the Japan of tomorrow, the brand invited for the first time two Japanese artisans, Mr Kunio Kumagai and Mrs Yuriko Shimizu, to discover and soak up the traditional functioning of a Provencal market. The goal? To give them the opportunity to share their experiences and benefit from local expertise in the development of agricultural and craft production. A fine proof of commitment from L’Occitane, which remains true to its values!
