HOW TO USE: Wet hair, apply shampoo, lather, rinse, then repeat, leave on hair for one or two minutes. Suitable for daily use. For your well-being... Open your hands and place your fingers on your head, pressing lightly with small circular motions to move the scalp. Begin at the nape of the neck and work up towards the temples. 2. Close your fingers and bring yours hands closed together so that you can gently pinch the scalp. 3. Finally, press lightly with the palms of your hands, beginning at the forehead and gliding your hands backwards to the top of the skull, then from the nape of the neck towards the temples.
