When a product is temporarily out of stock for more than 5 business days, L’Occitane will ship only the items available and adjust the invoice accordingly.

L'Occitane offers exchanges only on unopened full priced merchandise with original store receipt within 14 days of purchase. No refunds. All sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
