I use the lavender purfume in my diffuser by our bed. I have always been told the the smell of laveder helps you relax and makes you sleep deeper. I really don't know how true this is but our bedroom smells just like a field full of lavender and it's just a nice feeling to crawl into bed with this wonderful aroma.
